The Aglianico and the Cabernet, a perfect wedding, two varieties which are similar for certain characteristics and dissimilar for others. A beautiful deep ruby color with a violet rim reveals young fragrances mingled with mixed berries, ripe hay, black berry and cherry. On the palate it is pleasantly round. It pairs beautifully with legumes soups, pasta and risottos with meat, lunch meats and semi-firm cheeses.
