Fiano and Falanghina, two excellent white wines from Campania. Their union is unpredictable and charming.
Together they create a wine with a surprising and great vitality. It’s a clear, pale gold wine with hints of green. Tropical fruits with an intense floral touch on the nose. It’s the result of the combination of two varieties that give it a clear overtone of hazelnut and dried fruit.
On the palate, it is luscious and savory with great length and medium structure. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, pasta and risottos with vegetables and fish, but is also a beautiful accompaniment of “frittura di paranza” (assorted small fried fish) and cheeses.
