The Borgomastro is our longer aged aglianico and is the result of our will to produce a long-lasting wine able to improve over time. The Borgomastro vinification implies a long maceration of our best grape skins coming from the hills just before the Monti Picentini. We employ time-honored winemaking techniques, using only French oak barrels. We pay serious attention to this wine, in order to express all our passion and competence.
